Designed by Studio Roslyn and built by Maughan Made, this custom floating oak cabinet was designed for a primary bedroom, bringing together everyday storage, a high-end audio system, and a wall-mounted television in one cohesive piece.
The cabinet is finished in oak veneer and features three figured-wood drawers, tying it visually to the larger audio wall unit elsewhere in the home. Behind the cabinet doors is additional bedroom storage, along with space for some of the audio equipment.
Above it sits a pair of custom speaker cabinets designed and built by Maughan Made, along with a matching figured-wood plinth for the amplifier. Custom copper-lined cable routing keeps the wiring clean and organized while adding one of our signature details.
To complete the wall, a custom oak frame was built around the client's Samsung Frame TV, giving the television the appearance of framed artwork when it's not in use.
A practical piece of bedroom furniture, a carefully integrated audio system, and a few details that reward a closer look.
