A solid oak trestle table with a few details that make it anything but ordinary.
Designed by Valkyrie Woodwork and Design and built while I was working there, this table was made entirely from solid oak, with a generous top, softly rounded corners, and a substantial edge that gives it a nice sense of weight.
The trestle base keeps the design simple and sturdy, with shaped feet and angled supports connected by long horizontal stretchers. The natural grain of the oak carries through the entire piece, giving the table plenty of warmth and character without needing much else.
A straightforward table, built well and made to be used.
